Obviously, the antidust masks and bandages are of low efficiency. It states that one of the primary goals is "providing the population with portable personal safety equipment of respiratory apparatus in order to reduce the risk of chemical and biological damage at man-caused accidents, natural disasters and terrorist attacks".

Protective properties of PHOENIX^TM tens and hundreds times exceed recommended elementary and improvised means, it's hardly different by weight and dimensions and meets the requirements of the state documents in the area of creation of portable personal safety equipment of the population.

- Fitting and adjustment of the PHOENIX^TM are not required, it can be used by adults and children of 7 years of age and older. Sex, moustache or beard, bushy hair, glasses do not affect any aspect of use and protective properties.

- Self-rescuer is of simple construction providing convenience and simplicity of use and does not require any special skills to wear it correctly. The only thing needed is to read the manual. Nevertheless the manufacturer provides the training model enclosed to certain quantity of protective hoods in order to allow the customers to have practice of using them. Other manufacturers of complex self-rescuers do not provide such service.

- Materials the self-rescuer is made of do not have harmful influence on an organism of a person and environment and allow the consumer to utilize the product after usage on his/her own.
