Long-term domestic and foreign experience of development and manufacture of means of an individual defence of various purpose (assignment, destination) including self-rescuers, creation of the uniform sample of the filtering type providing full protection of the person in all possible situations of influence of harmful factors shows, that, represents rather complex technical problem which realization in products of household purpose (assignment, destination) is practically impossible. It is caused by uncertainty first of all characteristics of the amazing factor, arising owing to variety of dangerous substances, scales of extreme situations and conditions of their occurrence. By virtue of the specified uncertainty filteres systems of self-rescuers should possess high universality, i.e. provide clearing inhaled air of aerosols, sprays and gases with essentially differing physical and chemical properties that demands their equipment simultaneously filtering materials and several types of sorbent and catalysts. The aspiration to achieve high and universal protective properties leads to necessity to create a product with rather big weight and dimensions. On the other hand, the opportunity of use as household self-rescuers is rather limited by the population of largesized and heavy means of protection. Really to provide protection of the person during the moment of suddenly arisen danger that means which is within the limits of its reach can only. At presence of an opportunity of storage of self-rescuers in immediate proximity from the location of the person, for example, in a study, the weight and dimensions of a product of the big role do not play. At the same time in other situations, for example, at a finding in public transport, in a concert hall, in stadium, in shop, etc., it is necessary to have the easy and compact means which is not causing greater inconveniences at its constant carrying in readiness for application. The fact is obvious, that the most effective protection of the population will be reached at presence of system of the self-rescuers including both large-sized, and compact products. Such statement is not essentially new. For example, similar division of self-rescuers is accepted in the standard of Great Britain EN 403 according to which they are subdivided into two classes: S - for storage and M - for carrying/2/. Priority of creation of system of self-rescuers is formation of its structure and a substantiation of requirements to making elements. The provisional variant of classification of system of self-rescuers for the population is shown in figure. |
