Does not cause doubts, that for successful end of development of the technical and legal documents in full regulating development, manufacture and operation of self-rescuers, one year is required not. At the same time, the need for self-rescuers exists already now. Therefore it is unique correct, in our opinion, an output from this situation is simultaneous parallel work above documents and products. It is necessary to encourage and support at the state level of the initiative of manufacturers of means of an individual defence, including not state structures, regarding development and manufacture of self-rescuers, especially when these initiatives are supported with desire to work on the basis of self-financing.

Absence of standards on considered type of means of protection should not be a brake for manufacture and introduction of necessary and useful products which certification can be carried out on proved by developers and to the time normative documents coordinated with proxy bodies.

In summary it is necessary to emphasize, that sights stated in the present clause at formation of system of self-rescuers for the population should not be considered as doubtless and final trues. Authors will be grateful to all interested experts for useful remarks and the constructive offers supplementing and developing representations on the considered problem. We consider, that active and constructive discussions on the mentioned questions at scientific conferences, in a press and at personal contact will promote faster and effective promotion to the decision of an actual problem of increase of chemical and biological safety of the population.
